Refunds and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy last 3-6 days. After the aforementioned days since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


  • Return of the diary is only accepted in case the product is defective, damaged or if there has been in problem in delivery. The customer will have to send proof to and Your queries will be taken forward from there.
  • The shipping fee might not be refunded since that will go directly into our courier partner’s account. Only the original price of the product shall be refunded. In the case of bank transfer, it will be debited to the same amount. In case of any other mode of transaction, if any, then personal bank information will be needed which could take approximately 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

  • A minimum amount of Rs. 100 shall be charged for pick-up of the product.

Products that can’t be returned.

  • If the product has been used in any way.
  • On basis of color/ shade variation: since all digital displays show different colors, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the basis of that.
  • Promotional items or free gifts from our end.
  • Once a non-customized product is delivered, the customer shall have 3 days to return the product.

Cancellation of Products

  • Personalized orders once placed, cannot be canceled after 12 hours. And they cannot be returned after the delivery of the product.
  • In the case of non-customized products, if the shipment has not been shipped from our warehouse, only then can we cancel the order. However, need to email and get a confirmation for the same.

Shipping Policy

  • In the case of normal orders, we pack the orders within 2-3 working days.
  • After your order is packed, we strive to deliver your order within 7 working days.
  • Under any foreseen situation or circumstances, If the order takes more than usual time in delivery, we will update you and also be sharing a tracking ID for your shipment. Be rest assured!
  • In the case of Bulk deliveries, the order processing time will be 7 working days and once your order is packed we will deliver within 7 working days. Under any foreseen situation or circumstances, If the order takes more than usual time in delivery, we will update you via mail or call.
